Breakfast was amazing, with lots of tasty options to choose from. We really loved the food. Our room was spacious enough to comfortably accommodate two children aged 9 and 5, was a great fit for our family. The housekeeping team was super friendly and always made sure we had everything we needed.

This is the best hotel I’ve ever stayed, it excels at almost every aspect. Decent location, food especially breakfast is second to none, laundry is fast, room gets cleaned every day etc. it’s a bit pricy though but you get what you paid for.

Superbe location and unique sights from the high level room with huge windows to the Bund. Access to the lounge with a very nice breakfast and a nice choice of drinks and food in the evening.

City view room in olriginal building was superb, not juat the view l. I am tall so large bath was much appreciated, everything worked well. Breakfast amazing, Jade Lounge bar at t op of new building classy, overall this lived up to the 5 star experience promised!

The location and the breakfast are perfect. A big choice of Chinese, Japanese, and European food may satisfy any foreign and Chinese visitors. A sauna and a swimming pool are good advantages for the relaxation.

The hotel is in good location, just short walk to the nearest metro station. IFC shopping mall nearby.

We loved everything about the property, it’s in a perfect position , staff all spoke good English and more than helpful , the buffet restaurant is amazing .

Perfect room, breakfast, lunch on top restaurant. Easy for shooping and take subway within city anywhere.
